- For DOA (Defective on Arrival) item, please notify us to obtain a merchandise return code and shipping instruction. Then, send it back within 7 days upon date of receipt. Return shipping costs will be at your expenses.
- We only accept the returned item with full packaging materials without being used.
After receiving your returned item, it will take 7 days for evaluation and investigation. A brand new replacement unit will be sent to you at our shipping costs if unit is proved to be defective.
